Eric's probably the only person who'll get why this makes me so goddamn giddy.  Everyone else probably won't know who the person in the sketch is, or why the response makes me so ridiculously twee.

I am such a freaking fangirl sometimes.

In other news, I'm tired.  Also, while I have long desired to learn how to crochet, I am only now determined to learn, for I have been inspired.  That level of detail is beyond me, of course, but I know of some other fandoms with simpler costumes that deserve amigurumi just as much.

The song "1 2 3 4" by Feist has been stuck in my head ALL. DAY. Unfortunately, due to my super slow internet today, I haven't been able to, ::ahem::, procure it yet, so I've essentially been watching the video on youtube a lot. It is very cute and makes me want to dance, and so I will now subject you all to it. Muah hah hah!

What?  You don't know what Spore is?  For shame!  Ok then, here you go.  Or, for a more verbal explanation...

The bad news?  It comes out after summer.  My laptop will NEVER be able to run Spore; it can barely handle Sims 2.  If I were at home, I could just steal our desktop for hours a day, but now I'll have to wait 'til Christmas.  ( Read more... )
